Hi, I am Debbie Vogel, and I am an Estate Planning Attorney. After my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, I saw first-hand the complexities of arranging for her care and the importance of having Advance-care planning documents in place. It was because of this life experience that I decided to return back to school to get my Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Estate Planning and Elder Law.
I strive to bring caring and compassion into my law practice. Listening to my clients and helping them make plans for their future are the goals for my law firm. Estate Planning: My Simple & Convenient Process
Step 1
Peace Of Mind planning session
We will meet via Zoom or Phone to hear about your specific needs, and we will discuss your planning options. My flat fees will be discussed, and you will be able to make thoughtful and informed decisions about your planning.
Step 2
Design Meeting
Here we will dive deeper into your plan's specifics. After answering relevant family and asset questions, we will together design a comprehensive Estate Plan that fits your wishes.
Step 3
Review Meeting
After the plan is generated, and prior to finalizing it for signing and execution, we will review the plan together for any final edits.
Step 4
Signing Meeting
A signing meeting with a notary and witnesses will take place formalizing the plan. After the signing, you will receive your official plan documents for you to keep in a safe location.
Step 5
Ongoing Maintenance & Advice
I provide a complimentary review meeting every one to three years to see if any plan updates are needed. I am here for guidance and support for you throughout life's stages.
